Suffering from severe deperession teacher, NDMC Dorctors asked him to commit suicide
I am a teacher send on Census duty found that I was on Reserve but I am a patient of Depression and Hypertension, gettting treatment from RML hospitand and Safdarjung Hospital, Census department send me to report a medical board of NDMC's Charak Hospital, Where doctors were predetermined not to hear any thing and will fit evey body. So I was declared fit for the additional duty.
In medical board Doctor asked me to get out and find the ways of suicide.
I was a depression patient so these words greately effect me and I tried to attempt a suicide but my daughter saved me from this disaster.
But now see I have never been allotted a duty of census. No letter in this regard has been given to me, directly or through my Prinicipal or through any channel. No notice had been given to me for not performing of duty if I was not doing any kind of census duty.
My wife had made a complaint against the Doctors of NDMC for sending on way of suicide. Mr Sanwal Director Census take this thing seriously and thought I was making all this for an excuse.
He heartlessly wrote my department to take strict action for not performing Census duty. He just want to take a revenge from me for that complaint which was done by my wife.
Now I am getting treatment from Psychiaty department of RML Hospital. According to the Doctor it is very serious diseas and there is a risk of suicide.
I know that I was not fit for any additional duty as Census duty was to be done after or before School hour. I am a sincere teacher, I teach my student with full capacity, so I become tired after 6 hours of hard work of teaching and other school's work. So it was not possible for me to perform this additional duty.
Many teachers/non-teachers were exempted without any reasons, and even they were not sent for the medical board, many teachers were exempted with approaches of higher officers as they were working with them. many gave some bribe as I listen from some body. I do not have money for the bribe. Mr Sanwal gave me a hint about this but I am honest and cannot spare money for this kind.
So Mr Sanwal was annoyed with me. Census was finished on 10th Of May. and till 3rd may when I was on medical leave I was not given any letter for the census duty.
My treatment of Depression proves that I was seriously ill and was not able to perform additional duty. The opinion of NDMC's doctor was wrong.
So I request the concerned authority to deal my case sympathetically so that I might not gone once again on the way of suicide.

On dated 9/09/2010 I had gone for my regular check up for my diseases in RML Hospital where Doctor had recommend me to go to the Psychiatry of this hospital when I gone there , they made a full history of my self. Then Dr. Sriniwas had told my wife to strictly watch myself for any recurrence of incident to commit suicide as I was in severely depression .
As every one know that NDMC's officers and Doctors are the most corrupt in all over the world. They are not only corrupt but they are liar also. They also can change the records to prove any one wrong. They can play with the Govt's. records. they work like the son in law of the Government. There behaviour is inhuman, rude and full of partiality.
One government school teacher Rajiv Jain was put on census duty . That's me. When I reported on duty I found that I was In reserve. Although I requested the Charge officer Mrs. Rama Sharma not to put me on any kind of census duty. Because this duty was in addition to the School teaching duty. Every one has to perform this duty after school hours. As I was a chronicle hypertension patient and depression patient. I was very difficultly performing my teaching duty. I found him self tired after the school teaching hour. As I am is hard working teacher . I perform My duty honestly. I am doing every kind of school work. I Never denied for any kind of work.
Mrs Rama Sharms was agreed when she saw the papers of the treatment and promised that I will not put on duty. But there are many jealous teachers also make false claims of treatment as they were taking the treatment in previous and now they were not taking any kind of treatment. So the Director of Census for the NDMC ordered to report to medical board in Charak Hospital. But same time he also ordered the medical Board's doctors to fit each and every teacher fit without seeing any kind of seriousness of illness and genuineness.
When I entered in the medical board room there were some doctors sitting in the room chatting with each other and laughing. They were not looking serious. A doctor whose name was A K Agrawal asked me, what is the matter with you. I replied that I was suffering from hypertension and depression and cannot do any additional work. I also describe my family background and said that my sister and mother and father were also died from this disease. In the reply of this statement Doctor Agrawal said now what do you want. I said I want to take care of my self and do not want to die like them. Dr. Agrawal angered when he listen this reply and said get out from here and think the cause of the suicide out side of this room. His face was as he will kill me.
Do the doctors teach to send a patient to the door of death. I was a patient of hypertension and depression. The above words of the had done a deep impact on me. and I was thinking about how to do the end of my life. It was very serious moment for me as I was thinking about the suicide as the A K Aggrawal had told me to find the words of suicide.
I was in a very band condition and I was compel to take two day's leave. My wife was horrified to see my condition. She did a complaint of A K Agrawal to the Chief Minister of Delhi. But nothing had been done to the above mentioned Doctors.
When my wife did a complaint to The chief Minister, then Mr.Sanwal Director Census, NDMC had replied that Mr Jain was finding ways to my self from any disciplinary action. And Mr Sanwal also said that the name of Doctors of Medical were also different as my wife had mentioned the name of the Doctors which was told by a employee of the NDMC. He took it as a serious matter and said when the name of the doctors were not the same so your complaint is also not correct.
This is the blunt example of the corruption in the NDMC and Charak hospital of NDMC Moti bagh Delhi. Because to save him self Dr. A K Agrawal Suptd of That hospital had manage to change the name of the doctors. Because the list of doctors, which Mr. Sanwal has written in the letter were two lady Doctors and truth is the when I entered in the room there was only a single Lady Doctor. This proves that there is a big corruption in the NDMC's Hospital at Moti Bagh. They can play with the records of the hospital as well as with the life of a innocent person.
I want to ask some question to the doctors of Charak Hospital's
1. Do the know what is Depression?
2. Do they know why a person gone in depression?
3. How do they come to know that I was not in depression?
4. How they calibrate my ability to do additional duty of Census?
5. Were they not prejudice to fit me for the duty?
6. Do they know their act had send me in severe depression?
7. If I was not having proper treatment, Does it means that I was fit for the additional duty?
8. Why doctors not recommend me to take proper treatment? If my treatment was not proper, Was this not the duty of a doctor?
It is true that I was not taking proper treatment. Many time doctors had asked me to consult a Psychiatrist But I never feel the seriousness of my disease. Now the time had come and I came to know the seriousness of my own disease.
Mr Sanwal also complaint that I have not done census duty. I have reported for the duty two time with Ms Rama Sharma Charge officer, once when I got the order and secondly after the Medical board had reported me fit for the duty. I had again requested Ms Sharma not to put me on duty, She was very kind hearted lady, she was aware of my condition and assured me the she will not put me on duty. And I never get any order to do census duty.
I want to ask some question to Mr. Sanwal,
1. When I was allotted this duty?
2. Was he informed me about this duty in written?
3. Was he given any letter regarding this duty?
4 Was he asked to report on duty with the other charge officer?
5. To whom duty letter was given?
6. If I had not reported for the duty then what the charge officer and Director Census had done?
7. Whether he had given any show cause notice to me to report on duty?
8. Whether they asked me, why I was not reporting for the duty of census?
9. If I was not reporting for duty why he was not given any notice?
10. Was it not true that Mr. Sanwal had complaint of me when he get a letter from Chief Minister's office, in revenge?
11. When my wife had complaint of the Medical Board, why he had give one sided decision that doctors were right and I was wrong?
12. Was it not true that Mr Sanwal's decision is one sided and full of partiality, to save the guilty of the doctors?
13 Was it not true that very often my Sanwal went to these doctors for his treatment?
12 If he will not take their side they will not give any kind of good treatment, is it not true?
The Census of NDMC Area was completed on 10th may itself. they why Mr Sanwal had took so much time to complaint me in my department. Mr. Sanwal had done a complaint in my department to take a strict action for not doing census duty. Is this humanity which Mr. Sanwal had done.

Is this incident had not given a smell of corruption. Some teachers had manage to give him some fee to save themselves from the duty of the census. (Officially this fee is not permitted . This fee is the culture of the NDMC, i.e. bribe)
When Mr. Sanwal know about the complaint of the Medical board's Doctors he become very angry and try to kill my self in his imagination but he could not do as I never met him after medical board's drama. So he want to take my services. He want that my department should dismiss me from my duty.
Mr. Sanwal is a officer in NDMC and Director of Census, so he had many powers, so he become intoxicated with the powers given to him.
He is doing partiality with me. He is trying to give me punishment, although I have not assigned any duty of census, I was on reserve, No notice had been given to me or my department when I was not doing that duty. If that was correct why not any notice had been issued to me.

It is unfortunate to say that some persons get relief without any reasons and many persons who have sufficient reasons cannot get any relief from those officials and Doctors who are intoxicated with powers and do not have heart, humanity, kindness .
There are many officer in NDMC and Delhi Govt. who get powers by means of their post. It does not mean that a person have the post, is well qualified. Power is a kind of intoxicant. where he forget all kind of kindness and humanity. he feels that he is the king and all persons who is working under him are bonded labour of him. He him self have using all the powers by lawfully or unlawfully.
That's make that person corrupt. He lives like a rich person. He doesn't have income to spend on such things which a rich man spend. So he try to find out ways of sources of income. Power makes all the officers dull and lazy, so he cannot work extra. So he find a easy way to earn the money, which is unlawful. this is very easy way to earn the money. There are some dangers but a intoxicated with power officer feels that nobody is seeing him and nobody will find out his corruptness.
A simple teacher is working in A Govt. of Delhi school. He had called for the census duty. When he reported for the he find that he was in reserve duty. But the honest and simple teacher asked the concerned officer to exempt him on medical grounds, and she showed him all the medical prescriptions, which was from CGHS, Safdarjung Hospital and Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital. The concerned officer was agreed to see his condition and papers that he would be exempted from the duty of the census.
But again a powerful officer who become the Director of Census, who have no mercy, no kindness even he had no humanity, asked that teacher to appear before a medical board which was constituted with some doctors of NDMC's Charak Hospital. This teacher appear before these doctors, the name of the doctors were not mentioned at any level.
The senior most doctor A K Agrawal asked this teacher what was the matter, this simple teacher did not know any tricks or lies, he simply said that he was suffering from Hyper tension and Depression, so he was unable to do this kind of additional duty as he find himself after the hard work of teaching. But again intoxication of power come in forward, and that doctor said, you are fit for additional duty. Then this teacher pleaded that his father , mother , and sister were also had hypertension, and were died off this disease and he did not want to die off this disease so he was taking extra care, but the adamant, humanity less, kindles doctor said if you want to die then think about the ways of suicide.
The above words made a great impact upon that teacher who was very sensitive and he fell into his deep depression, and started to think about the ways of suicide. This make his family very unstable. his wife wrote a letter to Chief Minister of Delhi and depict her all the truth.
But The above mentioned Director of Census replied to that teacher's wife that her husband was finding ways to get rid of disciplinary action as he had not done his duty or he was not suffering from any kind of diseases.
Meanwhile medical board declared him fit and Director or Census asked him to report for the duty. That obedient teacher reported for the duty to the officer in charge but that kind officer told him not to worry and she will not allot him any duty.
After this that teacher never get any order to perform census duty. That teacher never get any notice from any authority. If he was not performing his duty it is certain that Director census had surely take some action through his department.
But that adamant, revengeful Director Census said that that teacher had not performed any duty and write to his department to take an strict action against that teacher. He becomes revengeful because teacher's wife had made a complaint to the Chief Minister of Delhi against the Doctors. But the Director Census could not digest this complaint against the Doctors because he had the chance for the buttering of the Doctors as he could get good reception from the Doctors of NDMC.
It is come to my notice that teacher is in severe depression from the day he faced the medical board and heard the words of the Doctor. Now he is getting treatment of his depression From Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital Delhi.

1. When did the Census of NDMC started? (Census was started on 1st of April,2010 and that teacher was on reserve duty, and called nearly the end of the month i.e. 28th or April.
2. When Did that teacher was called on duty?
3. Did any letter of duty issued to him?
4. Who was the person who had given him this letter?
5. Did that teacher refuse to accept that letter?
6. If yes then what did the census department did?
7. Why not that letter was given through the principal of the school?
8. If principal was not available then certainly there was any concerned officer who can take the responsibility to give that letter to that teacher?
9. If that teacher was not doing his duty, then what did census department did?
10 Did they given any show cause notice to him through his principal or through his higher competent officers?
11. Why not these formalities were done?
12. Why census department took so much time to write about strict action to his department?
13. Were the Census Director taking revenge from that teacher as his wife complaint of him to Chief Minister? It is not true?
14. Let me know about how many teacher are there who exempt from their duties.
15 Were they asked to appear before the Medical Board? Why Not?
16 How many teacher are there who were exempted without any medical reasons?
17 Were those teacher were not in a condition to perform any additional duty? How census department come to know about this?
15/ Why Census department had done full of partiality behaviour towards that teacher.
16. Kindly let me know the No of teachers against whom Director Census had asked for the strict action.
17. Why many teacher are relaxed from their duties without medical ground and without the opinion of medical board?
18. Is the constitution in India is one or many or you can change this constitution for your each or your benefit.
19. Why some of the teacher asked for the medical board opinion and others are not?
20. There are some who had neither provided medical certificate and they were exempted from the duty of the census. Why?
21. Is it not true that teacher had higher approaches or they are working with higher officials? So they are unable to do the additional duty. Are they special one? The rule for them are different?
22. Why not an action should be initiated against those officials who recommend for the exemption of duty without any medical ground and those officials who are doing partiality on their will.
23. They recommend punishment for the one person and another who has higher approached or have the money for the bribing, exempted from the duty.
24. Those teacher who have medical reasons were asked to face the medical board (that medical board was a drama, the doctors were asked to fit each and every teacher without seeing the seriousness of disease or condition. Why?
25. Why not an stricter action should be initiated against those corrupt, heartless, kindness, mindless, Doctors and Officials who does not have humanity.
26. Why not an action should initiated against those Doctors who gave a teacher severe depression, who started and try to attempt suicide?
I think concerned official or minister or Chief minister will hear my plea and take appropriate action against the concern responsible officials so that this kind of incident could not be repeated in the future

There are many officer in NDMC and Delhi Govt. who get powers by means of their post. It does not mean that a person have the post, is well qualified. Power is a kind of intoxicant. where he forget all kind of kindness and humanity. he feels that he is the king and all persons who is working under him are bonded labour of him. He him self have using all the powers by lawfully or unlawfully.
That's make that person corrupt. He lives like a rich person. He doesn't have income to spend on such things which a rich man spend. So he try to find out ways of sources of income. Power makes all the officers dull and lazy, so he cannot work extra. So he find a easy way to earn the money, which is unlawful. this is very easy way to earn the money. There are some dangers but a intoxicated with power officer feels that nobody is seeing him and nobody will find out his corruptness.
A simple teacher is working in A Govt. of Delhi school. He had called for the census duty. When he reported for the he find that he was in reserve duty. But the honest and simple teacher asked the concerned officer to exempt him on medical grounds, and she showed him all the medical prescriptions, which was from CGHS, Safdarjung Hospital and Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital. The concerned officer was agreed to see his condition and papers that he would be exempted from the duty of the census.
But again a powerful officer who become the Director of Census, who have no mercy, no kindness even he had no humanity, asked that teacher to appear before a medical board which was constituted with some doctors of NDMC's Charak Hospital. This teacher appear before these doctors, the name of the doctors were not mentioned at any level.
The senior most doctor A K Agrawal asked this teacher what was the matter, this simple teacher did not know any tricks or lies, he simply said that he was suffering from Hyper tension and Depression, so he was unable to do this kind of additional duty as he find himself after the hard work of teaching. But again intoxication of power come in forward, and that doctor said, you are fit for additional duty. Then this teacher pleaded that his father , mother , and sister were also had hypertension, and were died off this disease and he did not want to die off this disease so he was taking extra care, but the adamant, humanity less, kindles doctor said if you want to die then think about the ways of suicide.
The above words made a great impact upon that teacher who was very sensitive and he fell into his deep depression, and started to think about the ways of suicide. This make his family very unstable. his wife wrote a letter to Chief Minister of Delhi and depict her all the truth.
But The above mentioned Director of Census replied to that teacher's wife that her husband was finding ways to get rid of disciplinary action as he had not done his duty or he was not suffering from any kind of diseases.
Meanwhile medical board declared him fit and Director or Census asked him to report for the duty. That obedient teacher reported for the duty to the officer in charge but that kind officer told him not to worry and she will not allot him any duty.
After this that teacher never get any order to perform census duty. That teacher never get any notice from any authority. If he was not performing his duty it is certain that Director census had surely take some action through his department.
But that adamant, revengeful Director Census said that that teacher had not performed any duty and write to his department to take an strict action against that teacher. He becomes revengeful because teacher's wife had made a complaint to the Chief Minister of Delhi against the Doctors. But the Director Census could not digest this complaint against the Doctors because he had the chance for the buttering of the Doctors as he could get good reception from the Doctors of NDMC.
It is come to my notice that teacher is in severe depression from the day he faced the medical board and heard the words of the Doctor. Now he is getting treatment of his depression From Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital Delhi.
